The growing Florida-based chain Jimmy Hula’s will be opening a new location in New Smyrna Beach, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 151 Canal Street, near eateries such as Jason’s Corner and Yellow Dog Eats.
What Now Orlando briefly reached Co-Owner Bobby Zitzka, but he was unable to provide specific information due to a busy schedule.
Narrating the company’s story, according to the official Jimmy Hula’s website, “In 2007 Jimmy decided it was time to sell his fast food joints and focus on what mattered to him; fresh, vibrant ingredients, sustainable products, and an atmosphere of good vibes that created a break from the norm.”
Jimmy Hula’s primarily serves beachy fare such as fish tacos, hamburgers, nachos, poke, salads, and appetizers such as fried avocado and empanadas. The restaurant also offers a brunch menu, a small selection for kids, as well as catering services.
Once the upcoming New Smyrna Beach location opens, it will be the company’s 10th brick & mortar. Until then, foodies can visit the brand’s stores in Winter Park, Lake Mary, Port Orange, and other locations across the State of Florida.
