The growing ramen franchise Jinya Ramen Bar will soon open its upcoming Oviedo location in the fall, according to recent reporting in The Orlando Business Journal. The restaurant will be located at 234 E Mitchell Hammock Road, within suite 1160, of The Ellington at Oviedo Park development.

“They say Orlando is one of the most magical places on Earth, and we learned that with our first location in the city, so it only made sense to bring another one to the area and Oviedo is the perfect place to do that,” said Jinya founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi in a prepared statement. “We can’t wait to share even more of our food and culture with the community and look forward to having locals join in on the fun.”

Apart from specializing in the Japanese noodle soup that gives the brand its name, Jinya also serves small plates such as gyoza, edamame, tempura, crispy rice, and pork ribs, among several others.

Until the new Jinya Ramen opens its doors, curious readers may find the existing central Florida location at 8 N Summerlin Ave in Orlando.
