A new concept is coming to Orlando from Denni Cha, who recently pulled out of Soseki, the Winter Park omakase concept he helped found. It’s probably safe to say Uncle Dendog’s is headed in a slightly different direction—for one, it has wheels.

According to social media, the food truck will feature an ever-changing menu of “globally-inspired” street food, some of which will include Korean-style hotdogs as well as dogs served on New England-style buns. Burgers and empanadas are also on the menu.

A post to social media from just yesterday shows Uncle Dendog’s has secured a mobile trailer for service and, once the signage is switched out and everything is in order, will be hitting the streets.

Uncle Dendog’s has been operating as a pop-up, testing menu items like the “Pusan Pitmaster,” which features “gochugaru-sweet” seasoned curly fries, kimchi pimento cheese, applewood bacon, and A5 bulgogi with Chinese ginger-scallion garlicky goodness.

We were unable to reach Cha for comment at the time of publication, so you’ll want to follow the food truck online to find out just when and where it will be.
