According to recent public records, a new “Caribbean Vegan” establishment is coming to Daytona Beach.

Kale Cafe Vegan Kitchen, run by husband and wife team Camille & Omar Brown, will be coming to 110 N Beach St.

“We opened our original location in 2014,” Camille Brown tells What Now Orlando (The official website states, “our original location at 116 N. Beach has closed permanently and we will have a temporary location at 1220 Hand Ave Suite F).

Describing the menu, Mrs. Brown states that they make signature dishes such as jerk mushrooms, a lauded kale salad with homemade dressing, and seitan made in-house, reflecting the establishment’s scratch kitchen ethos. Kale Cafe also serves familiar items such as veggie burgers along with juice and smoothies.

While no opening date has been set, Mrs. Brown informs that they are currently undergoing inspections.
