Kasai & Koori, the growing South Florida-based Pacific Asian-inspired dessert concept, is soon opening an Orlando location, according to a recent report in The Orlando Business Journal. The restaurant will be located at 11565 University Blvd, near the University of Central Florida.

For readers not fluent in Japanese, the restaurant’s name refers to the derivative words for “Fire and Ice”, referring to the “polarizing forces” the brand hopes to harness in order to achieve its culinary vision. Readers may find the poke bowl as the main savory option on the menu, and then a range of sweets such as ribbon ice, shaved ice, and boba.

What Now Orlando reached out to co-founder Taylor Levy to inquire about potential opening dates and location-specific offerings for the upcoming Orlando location, but he was not immediately available for comment.

Until the newest location opens its doors, readers may find an existing Kasai & Koori location in Delray Beach, with upcoming locations in Pembroke Pines, New York, and Atlanta.
