As Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream ramps up its expansion with upcoming locations in Maitland, St. Augustine, and Jacksonville, it is eyeing two new spots in Central Florida.

Mentioned briefly in a recent OBJ report, owner Kelly Seidl says the expanding chain “may soon line up locations in Lake Mary and Lake Nona.”

“Kelly Seidl’s passion for ice cream and people took shape during nursing school when she took a part-time job scooping ice cream,” the official website states.

“Years later, Kelly and her husband, Scott, moved to Central Florida and discovered there was no local, hand-dipped ice cream – so they decided to make their own!”

No addresses or opening dates have been set.
