SoFresh, a rapidly expanding fresh-casual restaurant known for its chef-crafted, made-to-order grain bowls, salads and wraps, is planning to open its 17th restaurant in Kissimmee.

While the exact location is not yet known, according to Scott Giles, senior broker for Atlantic Retail, the Tampa-based company plans to open a Kissimmee SoFresh next year.

“Kissimmee will keep us on track for expansion into the Orlando area,” Clay Donato, SoFresh partner/vice president development, said. “We plan to open during second quarter 2022.”

“Kissimmee has been on our radar for many months due to the explosive residential and tourist growth the market continues to see.”

SoFresh, which opened its first restaurant in 2014, hopes to open locations in Champions Gate (8307 Champions Gate Blvd.) and Palm Harbor (326 East Lake Road S) this year. It also has plans for restaurants in Longwood (West State Road 434), Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville.
