Kung Fu Tea, currently located in Cocoa Beach, at 5675 N Atlantic Ave is co-owned by Van Tho Phat.
In response to the location’s recent appearance in state records, What Now briefly contacted ownership to inquire about the establishment’s status.
Despite there being no renovations planned for the site–as the plan review would imply.
While no concrete details about a potential expansion were shared, ownership did mention that they were considering new locations. When asked for details they said “we cannot tell you right now.”
