The family-owned, Orlando-based Kyoto Sushi & Grill will open its fifth location at 349 N. Orlando Avenue in Winter Park.
It is going into the former location of Spoleto’s, the Italian kitchen that closed during Covid but recently reopened a spot in Dollins Food Hall.
This newest Kyoto location in Winter Park is in a small plaza next to a mattress store. It is expected to open in May.
In addition to sushi rolls, Kyoto’s also has a hibachi grill menu and a bento box menu.
“We’re excited to have Kyoto’s opening in one of the hottest markets in the area,” Jackie Atkins, sales associate and leasing agent for Atkins Commercial Real Estate in Maitland, said.
