Sobol, a concept that originated in New York in 2014, is planning a central Florida debut in Lake Mary. Multi-unit franchisee Sagar Patel said that the unit will appear at 3801 Lake Mary Boulevard, in the Lake Mary Village, next to Grato Italian and Orange Theory Fitness. They plan to employ five to eight people.
Patel’s team is acquiring permits and hopes to begin construction soon. Their aim is loosely set on June or July. An exact date is unknown at this stage. Patel shared that as their opening approaches, they will announce a grand opening celebration with a live DJ, free smoothies and bowls.
The brand is known for their offerings of açaí bowls, green bowls, fruit smoothies and more. Health and nutrition are key focuses for the group, and on their website are detailed nutrition charts and ingredient lists.
The brand already has a two-store presence in the Miami area, with one more unit on the way.
