According to recent public records, a new Latin American cafe is soon coming to Melbourne. The restaurant, Waterfall Latin Cafe, will be found at 333 N Babcock St.

“We’ll be serving Latin American food,” owner Iberia Hernandez tells What Now Orlando. “Food from everywhere, from every country.”

Ms. Hernandez adds that the restaurant will be open all-day, serving hungry locals breakfast, lunch and dinner.

When asked why she decided to open at this particular spot in Melbourne, Ms. Hernandez points to the most practical reasons.

“It was formerly another restaurant and it was a great location.”

So, when will Waterfall Latin Cafe open?

“We don’t have an opening date. I think it’ll be in around three weeks but I’m not sure.”
