According to recent public records, a new independent pizzeria is coming to Tavares. Angelo’s Wood Fired Pizza is headed to 916 W Main Street.
Apart from the obvious wood-fired pizza, Angelo’s will also serve “appetizers, sandwiches, and salad,” owner Angelo Manco tells What Now Orlando in a brief call.
Local readers may recognize Mr. Manco as the owner of Angelo’s Italian Restaurant, a former establishment in Tavares.
“I sold that restaurant four years ago,” Mr. Manco tells What Now.
So when will this exciting new venture open?
“We’re opening in a few months,” he says. “Hopefully April.”
