Buried in recent reportage, new Talkin’ Tacos franchisee Hassan Rahim seems to have restaurateuring plans outside of Mexican fast casual.

Apart from running upcoming Talkin’ Tacos in both Kissimmee and Orlando, Rahim also is brewing up a coffee and kombucha concept set to debut in spring 2024.

“It’s going to be based on coffee culture and roasting traditions in the Pacific Northwest,” Rahim said. “I can’t say much about it yet, but I’m excited about it.”

What Now Orlando reached out to Rahim to inquire about this exciting new concept, but he did not respond to requests for comment.

No address, menu, or exact opening date has been announced.
