According to a recent plan review uploaded to public registries on October 24th, Mills Lounge LLC appears to have plans for the Wally’s Bar and Liquors.

The establishment at 1001 N Mills Avenue, purchased by Eric Isolica, Jamie Feldman and Pete Downing (Mills Lounge LLC) in 2022, has recently listed the property as “Bungalow Lounge & Kitchen” on the public registry, signaling a change in concept.

While no information has been announced to articulate these potential changes, a 2022 report by The Orlando Business Journal stated that while Mills Lounge LLC did not have immediate post-acquisition plans, “further reinvestment can be expected in the next 12-to-24 months.”

Calling itself “A neighborhood bar with great prices – A Bar, A Party, An Orlando Tradition since 1954,” Wally’s can be considered one of the original inhabitants of the now-buzzing Mills 50. More details to come.
