According to a recent public records, Mills Lounge LLC appears to be moving closer towards developing.

In a brief interview with partner Jamie Feldman, What Now has learned that the upcoming N Mills Avenue established–purchased by Feldman, Eric Isolica and Pete Downing (Mills Lounge LLC) in 2022–is indeed trudging forward.

“We are around a year and a half away from obtaining a permit,” Feldman told What Now, adding that no official name has been determined as of yet. Given unclear previous reporting on the establishment, Feldman also reassured that their development “will not affect Wally’s or any other neighboring establishment.”

When asked whether there is a clear food and beverage concept for the establishment, Feldman does not yet have concrete information.

“I wish we did,” he says. “We know there’ll be a bar and kitchen.”

In any case, Feldman predicts that in a few months the concept and other pertinent details around the establishment will become clearer.
