Violet’s Venom Brewery, a mysterious new brewery, is soon coming to Kissimmee, according to recent public records. The establishment will be located at 14 W Neptune Road, part of the larger Violet’s Garage complex.
While no menu has yet been published, a few key details help shape expectations. First, the project will be spearheaded by local artist Christi Kapp and her husband Tom Kapp. The two have experience in the hospitality industry running the Kapp & Kappy B&B, “Osceola County’s only Bed and Breakfast Inn.”
Second, given the Kapps’ artistic interests and versatile business background (the two also run Art in Motion, a motorcycle and custom vehicle fabrication company and Violet’s Garage, the event venue neighboring the upcoming brewery), readers can reasonably expect a stimulating and rich atmosphere with exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic.
Only outright stating “Coming Soon” on the official website, an image of letter-bearing turtles underneath the caption “Our Herd of Turtles is Hard at Work” suggests the brewery will be up and running sometime in fall 2023.
