Dancing Yeti, an upcoming restaurant as every bit elusive as its namesake, will open sometime soon, according to recent reporting in Orlando Weekly.

“This is going to be the first Nepalese restaurant in Orlando,” partner, co-owner, and chef Rajesh Pathak tells What Now Orlando. “We’ll be serving momos—it’s like a dumpling; the national dish of Nepal.”

Apart from classic Nepali dishes, readers can expect curries and other well-known Indian offerings.

“There’s a lot of overlap between the cuisines,” Pathak states.

While Mr. Pathak is not yet ready to reveal the exact address of Dancing Yeti, he assures that it will be in “the College Park area”, chosen for its diverse culture and active culinary life.

“We are hoping to open towards the end of May,” Mr. Pathak says.
