Though details still are slim, it has been confirmed by co-franchisee Jay Patel that Bubbakoo’s Burritos will be coming to the Lake Mary area. The location will appear in an entirely new construction, but Patel did not have an address to share.

Patel, who is making his first foray into restaurant franchising, didn’t have an opening timeline to offer. However, he stated that they have not begun construction yet.

Residents can expect an extension of the build-your-own burrito model that Bubbakoo’s already offers across the country. But they haven’t stopped with just offering burritos. Guests can select other menu items, such as quesadillas, nachos and taco salads.

According to their website, they serve high quality, made-to-order fresh food that is affordable for families. Bubbakoo’s also offers a lifestyle menu sensitive to KETO diets, vegetarian preferences and gluten sensitivity.

Per their website, Bubbakoos has a community focus wherever they appear, stating that they aim to: “open new restaurants in neighborhoods where they can build bridges with local residents.”

A recent plan review for new construction filed with the state was approved with provisions on January 18, 2022.
