Mangoni is a brand-new concept from industry veteran Jonathan Pluvinet. The plan is to open the restaurant at 251 Tremaine St in about a month, if inspections go smoothly.

The concept centers around building your own pizza and having it baked in their wood fired oven. They will serve other Italian dishes and salads. Pluvinet shared in an interview with What Now Orlando that they will be open for brunch, offering appropriately named “brunch pizzas.” Expect toppings like sausage, bacon, egg and an avocado toast inspired pie. The eatery will also feature a fully-stocked bar.

Mangoni is the third restaurant that Pluvinet has opened with his venture Atelier Dining. The company brought a concept called Rosallie to Las Vegas and Winter Garden, which are highly reviewed.

The inspiration to launch the company came from a desire to introduce more European style dining to America. Pluvinet, who hails from the south of France and has an Italian heritage, spent years traveling the world and decided to fuse his findings and with American culture.

Pluvinet commented that he plans to bring other concepts to central Florida, but he did not have any details or locations to share as of now.
