According to What Now research, a restaurant is due in the downtown business district of Orlando.

Bread & Wine will be opening near Lake Eola at 131 N Orange Avenue, Suite 103, next to the Liquor Library & Wine Market. They will be near other restaurants and nightlife locations, such as The Courtesy Bar, Elixir and Saddle Up.

The cuisine they will be serving is still unknown, but according to their Facebook page, they will offer dine-in, drinking, and to-go options, and they will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are in the process of acquiring staff now.

The owner, Josser Lopez, is the CEO of Restoration Control Corp, according to What Now research. This is his first foray into restaurants.

Lopez’s professional assistant, Payton Osborne, confirmed in a phone conversation that they are waiting on licensing approvals before they can open. Her estimate is that they will have the doors open by the end of February, but emphasized that this is not a firm date.

A recent plan review filing with the state was approved with provisions on December 29, 2021.
