According to recent public records, a new wings concept inspired by the flavors of NYC will soon come to town.

Buffalo Boss Brooklyn’s Finest Wings, run by owner Jamar White (first cousin of Brooklyn’s very own Jay-Z), will soon be coming to 333 N Orange Ave in Orlando. It will be the brand’s second location and first proper sit-down establishment.

“We’re going to have upgrades to the menu and surprise changes–but for the most part the same great wings,” Mr. White tells What Now, adding that their mild lemon pepper mix sauce recently won the Best Wings award at R&B Wing Fest.

“We’re going to have customer seating and people will be able to come into the entire vibe.”

When asked why this location, Mr. White lays out his logic.

“It’s the heart of the city–good nightlife and young people living around the area. That’s our target demographic.”

So when can local readers expect to try this exciting new establishment?

“We should be open by September 1st or the last week of August.”
