Oak & Stone Coming to the Villages

Oak & Stone, the craft pizza and beer restaurant, has inked a deal to bring a location to the Villages.

The restaurant has signed a lease for a 6,049 square foot space located in the Villages Eastport Town Center at 7016 Central Lake Drive, according to villages-news.com. The restaurant will be located at 7016 Central Lake Drive, and an opening date has not been announced.

Oak & Stone is operated by Winter Park-based Artistry Restaurants. Founded in 2020, the company has seven different brands in its portfolio including Hickory Tavern, The Chapman, Boca, Shrimp Basket, Atlantic Beer and Oysters, Sandbar, and Oak & Stone.

A twist on a classic American tavern, Oak & Stone specializes in pizza and beer. The restaurant is especially popular with lovers of hops for its unique self-serve beer wall that offers between 40 and 60 different taps with an emphasis on American craft beers. The restaurant has an affinity for local Florida breweries and featured them prominently.

Stone fired pizzas at Oak & Stone starts with handcrafted dough made with triple-filtered water and a 36-hour fermentation process. Pies are available with an array of toppings from a classic cheese to the “winger” with buffalo chicken tenders and crumbled bleu cheese. The restaurant also offers burgers, chicken wings, a brunch menu, and a kids menu.
