The popular local brewery Orange County Brewers will soon be opening a second Orlando Airport location, according to a recent report in The Orlando Business Journal.
“You can get off an airplane, and we’ll be representing the industry,” Orange County Brewers head brewer Kent Waugh told Orlando Business Journal.
Mr. Waugh reportedly revealed in an Instagram comment that the brewery would be opening in Terminal A, alongside a Starbucks.
Defining themselves on the official website, Orange County Brewers states “Our brewmasters are dedicated to ensuring the finest craft beer from start to finish. Our exclusive flavors are hand-crafted and exquisitely executing throughout the brewing process. It’s more than the outstanding ingredients that make our beers second to none. It’s the passion, precision and expertise put into our brewing process. Interested in learning more? We’ll be happy to show you around on your next visit!”
Orange County Brewers specializes in both local and non-local beers, and has Mexican influenced dishes such as nachos, tacos, and burritos as part of their culinary offerings.
What Now Orlando recently reached out to Mr. Waugh to inquire about prospective opening dates, but he was not immediately available for comment.
Until the airport brewery opens its doors, curious readers and foodies may sample the original location at 1117 International Parkway in Lake Mary.
