According to recent public records, a new independent ice cream establishment is soon coming to town.
Gelazzo, run by Linda and Anthony Pizzolo, will soon debut in Palm Bay at 3450 Bayside Lakes Blvd.
“At Gelazzo, we do more than craft gelato and Italian ice—we create experiences. Each batch is handmade using only the finest, all-natural elements and time-honored traditions that honor the heart of old-world Italy,” the official website states.
“Every spoonful is a celebration of craftsmanship, blending decadent ingredients, sun-kissed fruits, and delicate flavors into something truly unforgettable.”
No opening date has been announced.
