Expanding brand Parlor Doughnuts is eyeing a Winter Garden location at 160 E. Plant St, according to recent reporting in OBJ

Citing a city memo, OBJ reports the chain seeks to “convert an existing 1,956-square-foot professional office building to a quick-serve doughnut restaurant” in a building which previously hosted a restaurant before its conversion to an office space.

“We are a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique bakery items, including our original layered doughnuts; vegan/gluten friendly, and keto friendly products; artisanal breakfasts; and specialty coffee. Our goal is to efficiently deliver a superior product, at a moderate price, with exceptional service, in a comfortable setting,” the official website states.

The application for the request was submitted by Brad Cowherd.

Unfamiliar readers can expect a menu of doughnuts such as cookies n’ cream, peanut butter cup, caramel bliss, churro, and more.

No opening date has been announced.
