Peach Valley Cafe, the Florida-based breakfast and lunch spot, is coming to Eastport in the Villages.

The news was announced on the The Villages‘ own site, though no opening date has been set. Eastport is the Villages’ new 250-acre multi-use area that includes shops, restaurants, entertainment, golf, and more, located between County Road 470 and the future Southern Oaks Bridge.

Owned by Eric Holm, Peach Valley Cafe opened its first location in 2001, serving breakfast, lunch, and brunch. The local chain grew in popularity and now has eight locations, with the Eastport location being the ninth one.

Peach Valley Cafe offers fresh, homestyle menu items for early birds with most locations opening at 7 a.m. and closing just after lunch service. Each location has a slightly different menu, but diners can expect flavorful omelets, benedicts, waffles, French toast, pancakes, and more. Heartier fare includes shrimp and grits, steak and eggs, and chicken and waffles. Lighter offerings include fruit bowls, avocado toast, and granola. Some locations offer alcoholic breakfast cocktails, and all offer fresh juice, coffee drinks, and dirty sodas.

Peach Valley Cafe also provides catering services for events and parties and a children’s menu. Frequent customers are rewarded with the Peach Valley Cafe E-Club that provides benefits including a free apple fritter with two entrees.
