One Daytona, the shopping, dining, and entertainment destination that’s located just steps from the iconic Daytona Speedway, is getting a fun, TikTok-worthy place to eat and drink.

Pink Fryday is opening at One Daytona’s Southwest Corner, at 1808 W International Speedway Boulevard, Suite 205.  The fast casual restaurant should open in the next few months, according to owner, Debo Yang. Yang tells What Now Orlando that the restaurant is finishing up construction and decor in the next month or so, then will spend another month perfecting its recipes and menu before opening to the public.

When it opens, Pink Fryday will be One Daytona’s most picture perfect spot. The eatery will be decorated all in pink, incorporating 3D decor to create the perfect backdrop for amazing photos and reels. “Everything is pink,” says Yang, adding that the color was chosen as a bright and high energy place to attract young people.

The menu is as vibrant as the decor with Pink Fryday serving mochi doughnuts, Korean fried chicken tenders, coffees, and bubble teas. The menu is still being perfected, but expect three or four rotating doughnut flavors, chicken that’s crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and delicious bubble teas and shaved ice in fun flavors.
