According to recent public records, Playa Bowls is heading to Orlando with a new location at 7512 Dr Phillips Blvd.
The location will be run by Ricky & Alex Arguello, multi-unit franchisees with a notable footprint.

While What Now Orlando was not immediately able to obtain comment on the upcoming spot, a recent press release articulates the duo’s recent activity.
“Leading the brand’s expansion in Miami is Gary Yip of Hoboken Hospitality, along with operating partner and existing Playa Bowls franchise owner, Alexandra Arguello. The business partners recently opened two Playa Bowls locations including a beachside shop in North Miami as well as a location in Plantation, Florida. Together, Hoboken Hospitality and Alexandra Arguello, already operating 5 locations, will utilize their extensive experience in the hospitality space and familiarity with the Florida market to launch eight more locations throughout Miami and into Orlando.”
Alex Arguello had previously told What Now Orlando “We are going to be coming to UCF, Winter Park, Lake Nona, and Downtown Orlando. There are two others that we haven’t signed yet, but we are looking at Waterford and another close to Rollins College.”
No opening date has been announced.
