Camille, the pop-up led by the venerated Chef Tang Phan has been bringing guests a unique French-Vietnamese dining experience since fall of last year. Recently, according to an Orlando Weekly report, Phan announced that he plans on taking the concept to a permanent home.

An exact location isn’t available, but we can expect to find it somewhere near the East End Market. It seems that the Camille team is planning a winter 2022 opening.

The concept has been operating in Neighbors, a venue dedicated to supporting and assisting local businesses and concepts. Right now, Chef Phan provides a Chef-to-guest experience to eight diners at a time, serving two groups a night from Thursday to Sunday.

Chef Pham shared in that past that he serves a Vietnamese cuisine as a method of expressing his native roots. He also aims to bring his guests a multicourse Vietnamese meal like they have never had before.

It is unclear how or if the concept will change in its structure in the new space. What Now tried to reach Chef Pham but has not received comment.

As we all wait with great anticipation, tickets can still be purchased for the pop-up experience here.
