Raising Cane’s Building Up UCF Area Outpost

Construction will begin in December 2024, with the restaurant opening before the end of 2025.

The national chicken chain Raising Cane’s is slated to build out yet another central Florida location at 12025 Collegiate Way, according to recent reporting on FOX 35 Orlando. 

Citing  a spokesperson for Raising Cane’s, FOX reports that construction will begin in December 2024, with the restaurant opening before the end of 2025.

Founded by CEO Todd Graves in 1996, Raising Cane’s has since become a national force in the fried chicken fast-casual market. The brand stands out in its simple primary offering of boneless chicken tenders which can be ordered along with fries, coleslaw, and thick Texas toast. Customers also have the option to order the chicken tenders between buns as a chicken tender sandwich.

Until the new area locations opens their doors, curious foodies will be able to find the brand in O-Town West.

No official opening dates have been set.
