The national fried chicken chain Raising Cane’s is planning a significant expansion throughout central Florida, eyeing at least seven area locations.
Sites included in the brand’s aspirational footprint are: Lake Nona, Altamonte Springs, Osceola County, Orlando, Kissimmee, and Orange County.
Founded by CEO Todd Graves in 1996, Raising Cane’s has since become a national force in the fried chicken fast-casual market. The brand stands out in its simple primary offering of boneless chicken tenders which can be ordered along with fries, coleslaw, and thick Texas toast. Customers also have the option to order the chicken tenders between buns as a chicken tender sandwich.
Until the new Orlando location opens its doors, curious foodies must travel to southern Florida, for a taste of Raising Cane’s, highlighting the significance of the brand’s Central Florida expansion.
