Chelsie DiPaolo was confirmed to have signed the lease on the building that last hosted Marlow’s Tavern at 1008 Orlando Avenue, according to a Facebook post from Forness Properties.

Veteran restaurateur Dipaolo is known for her health-conscious and vegan offerings. She and her former husband owned and operated award-winning eateries, among them were Proper & Wild and the Sanctum Café. Both locations ceased operations following harassment controversies, according to Orlando Weekly

The Facebook post confirming the leasing details appeared on January 25th, so DiPaolo seems to be in the early stages of planning her next restaurant. It is unknown what the concept will be named or when they plan to open. According to Bungalower, a sign out front says, “She’s back…xoxo.”

What Now tried to reach Dipaolo for a comment and has not heard back.

The new concept, in the heart of Winter Garden, will neighbor several other establishments, such as: Foxtail Coffee, Agave Azul and Black Bean Deli.
