Rocket Diner 321 Debuting Brick and Mortar

Popular food truck Rocket Diner 321 will soon open a brick and mortar spot in Melbourne, according to recent public records. The classic American fast casual concept will build out at 2927 W New Haven Avenue.

Known for its $10 meals, the brand primarily serves up burgers, burritos, tacos, and burrito bowls.

“Rocket Diner 321 Restaurant and Ice Cream Shop is Coming in 2024!!” the official website says. “We are currently renovating our new Restaurant and Ice Cream Shop location. Stay tuned for the Grand Opening details. You don’t want to miss it!”

“We use the freshest quality ingredients we can find so that your meal is out of this world!
Fresh Baked Hamburger Buns, 100% Angus Beef, Homemade Hard Dipped Ice Cream, Real Cane Sugar.”

No opening date has been announced.
