Seasons 52 is planning on opening a location at Winter Garden Village. Horizons West News and Info reported that the restaurant, which specializes in contemporary American cuisine, will open at the former Romano’s Macaroni Grill space at 3251 Daniels Road in Winter Garden. Currently, no opening date has been announced.

A part of the Darden Restaurants family, Seasons 52 is named after the concept of having 52 weeks a year to highlight seasonal and fresh flavors. The upscale-yet-casual chain is based in Orlando, and has about 44 locations.

Each week, Seasons 52’s menu changes to reflect the freshest food available. The restaurant pledges to use only fresh (never frozen) fruits and vegetables at its restaurants. In addition, most items are oak-grilled or brick-oven roasted. The menu caters to people who like to eat mindfully, with each appetizer, entree, side, and salad 475 calories or less per serving.

Each restaurant offers a different menu, based on locality, but customers can expect flatbreads, salads topped with wood-fired chicken or steak tenderloins, grilled Maine lobster tail, and more.

In addition, Seasons 52 offers a full bar, along with a good selection of wines. The restaurant also offers weekday happy hours.
