Feeling like a low-sugar protein shake after your workout? Or in a rush and want to start your morning with a cup of coffee that has 15 grams of protein? Social Blends, which boasts a nutritious menu of protein baked goods, coffees, teas and shakes is set to open its doors next week on May 22nd.
Their grand opening will be from 9 am to 6 pm according to their official Facebook page that you can follow for updates and giveaways.
Social Blends will be appropriately located across from a gym, Esporta Fitness in Ocoee in case you want to get your protein-fix post workout. The address is 1600 E Silver Star Rd.
Most of the menu items include nutritional information, such as their Cookie Dough Protein Shake which is “200 calories, 24g of protein, 21 vitamins and minerals, and less than 10G of sugar,” according to their Facebook post.
