Society Park, a two-acre sports, shopping, and dining complex, is coming soon to Orlando’s I-Drive Corridor.
The combination container park and padel complex will open on the site of the former Wyndham Orlando Resort near International Drive and West Sand Lake Road, adjacent to the IHG Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts development, a resort hotel and convention space project by Unicorp Unicorp National Developments, Inc. and Flag Luxury Group. The Society Park project is scheduled for completion by April 2026 according to I-Drive’s site. The project is spearheaded by CEO Giovanny Olarte, along with partners Pablo Ruiz, Gonzalo Vivanco, Francisco Levine, and Nayrouz Olarte.
Anchored by one of the largest padel facilities in the U.S., Society Park will boast 15 courts, a country club, two restaurants, an on-premise spa, and resort-style amenities. No word on restaurant menus or cuisine styles, but expect après padel cocktails and, possibly, a more casual spot for lighter fare like juices and smoothies.

Society Park’s Facebook page describes the project as, “seamlessly blending sports, dining, shopping, and entertainment”.
