SoFresh recently announced the opening of its newest Orlando-area location. The fast-casual concept that serves up healthy foods like grain bowls, salads, and wraps, will open at 8307 Champions Gate Blvd in the Champions Gate shopping center.

Kareem Mustafa, the franchisee for SoFresh Lakeland, will also operate the Champions Gate location. He confirmed the opening saying you can expect to dine on those grain bowls by the first quarter of 2022.

SoFresh Champions Gate will be the company’s 15th location. “Champions Gate will keep us on track for expansion into the Orlando area,” John Williams Jr, founder and partner/VP of Operations said in a press release.

But this is really only half the news. The real scoop is that the shopping center location will pilot the company’s self-ordering kiosk technology. “We have put a strong emphasis on technology with a new app and online ordering platform that launched ninety days ago, and now a full kiosk front of house ordering system for convenience and expedited ordering process,” added Williams.

SoFresh will reportedly contribute around 30 jobs to the Orlando market. The company is also opening a location in Longwood. Visit the company’s website for further details.
