A new high-end shopping center called Palms Hill is coming to town on 325 S. Orlando Ave. and is opening some very exciting restaurants with it. Celebrity Chef Ford Fry’s Mexican eatery Superica is going to be one of the restaurants to open with the shopping center in 2022.
Superica channels the Wild West and serves a fusion of Mexican and American inspired foods. “You may know this as ‘Tex-Mex’ cuisine,” writes its official website. The interiors of Supericas usually feature a colorful dining room where “authentic products of craftsmanship are displayed along with curios that may be obtained. The atmosphere of the Old West has been preserved for the enjoyment of all guests.”
The menu features Lunch & Dinner, Drinks and Brunch. Some of the food highlights include Steak Nachos with “grilled fajita steak on bean and cheese
nachos, jalapeños, guacamole, sour cream”, Campechana De Mariscos, a spicy seafood soup featuring “gulf shrimp, octopus, lump crab, avocado, tostadas”, and a variety of enchiladas, tacos and fajitas.
Keep on the lookout with What Now Orlando to see which other restaurants will be opening along Superica soon.
