Sus-Hi Eatstation, a concept with Orlando origins, is planning to add two new stores to its portfolio. The first location opened across from UCF in 2011, and in the next few months, the concept will grow to a total of 11 outfits in and around Orlando.
What Now Orlando confirmed the locations with co-founder Teresa Tran on Monday. One store is prepped for Casselberry at 1052 Semoran Boulevard. The other will appear in Winter Springs at 1172 Tree Swallow Dr.
Orlandians can expect to find the Casselberry location open in a few weeks. According to Tran, the construction is complete, and they are waiting to pass inspections and finalize their team training. On the other hand, the Winter Springs unit hasn’t begun construction. Tran expects work to begin once they’ve opened the Casselberry location.
With a desire to distinguish themselves in the industry, couple Teresa and Robert dreamed up the creative Sus-Hi Eatstation concept. Visiting one of their Orlando-area locations will bring you into a world fusing sushi and ninjas. They seek to deliver a high-quality culinary experience with a playful attitude, per their website.
