According to recent public records, local food truck Sushitime appears to be preparing a brick-and-mortar spot at 6405 Raleigh Street.

The brand is known for its fresh takes on the Japanese classic on John Young Parkway, and for its catering services as the following Facebook post describes.

“Live and enjoy an unforgettable experience with our exclusive sushi bar, your chef will take you to try unforgettable flavors and inspire you to create new ones, don’t miss it, contact us and give your special events a spectacular touch.”

What Now Orlando reached out to co-owner Jose Mata to inquire about the establishment’s opening timelines and specifications, but he was not immediately available for comment.
