Growing Puerto Rican café Taino’s Bakery is headed to Casselberry next, according to recent public records. The outpost will be found at 700 State Road 436, near Dunkin’ Donuts and Papa Sabz.

“Tainos Bakery is careful and detailed in creating a true and authentic Puerto Rican experience,” the official website states.

“From the moment you step foot into one of our “Panaderias” you will smell, hear, and feel as if you are in Puerto Rico. All of our ingredients and recipes are carefully chosen to extend that into the food we share with you today.”

Unfamiliar readers can expect to find hearty breakfast offerings such as burritos and pancakes, along with classic Hispanic Caribbean dishes such as mofongo and pernil. The growing chain also offers various styles of sandwich and an array of frappés that rival the biggest coffeehouse competitors.

Co-owner Nicolas Fusté tells What Now Orlando that the Casselberry outpost will serve the classic menu and offer around sixty seats for diners for a twelve-hour shift of 6am-6pm.

“We are in the final stages,” Mr. Fusté notes, explaining that inspections are due soon, though no specific date is set in stone.

Currently, the brand is also building out another location at 10725 E Colonial Drive, which should be open in October.
