According to recent reporting in Orlando Weekly, the new upscale Coro will soon open at 3022 Corrine Drive.
“Coro is a chef driven, ingredient focused restaurant with a creative, evolving menu. Enjoy small plates and a curated beer and wine menu in a relaxed atmosphere,” the official website states.
Expanding on the restaurant’s spare self-description, Weekly reports that the menu will “feature Italian-leaning small plates embodying Japanese techniques, philosophy and ingredients, but with global flavors. At Coro’s pop-up dinner in February, Lovero’s dishes were a composition of Italian, Indian, Japanese, French and Middle Eastern flavors, with every dish full of surprising turns.”
No exact opening date has been announced.
