Team Market Group is looking to take on renovations at a former warehouse space in the Parramore neighborhood, converting to a new restaurant concept. The project, named The Central Gardens, is in the works in a 3,400-square-foot warehouse at the corner of West Central Boulevard and South Westmoreland Drive.
The Central Gardens will join the TMG restaurant portfolio which includes The Wellborn in Orlando and Ono Poke Shop in Miami. The hospitality group is also busy with new projects like Taco Kat and Eastwood.
Renovating the site will involve updating 6,555 square feet of outdoor space to make way for additional seating. The project is anticipated to be a sit-down restaurant boasting a menu of natural ingredients.
