This blog is turning physical. Karem Rodriquez, owner and blogger for the blog: The Modern Host, is going to be opening a brick-and-mortar location in Winter Garden on 606 S Dillard St.
Karem has been sharing “DIY party, food and entertaining ideas” according to the official website. “As you’ll see, gatherings are my thing. I’m an entertainer, a social connector and immensely enjoy spending time with those I love over food, drinks and lively conversations.”

“One thing I’ve learned throughout time is that in order to host guests regularly, it needs to be as simple and casual as possible,” writes Karem on the website.
