Growing national donut chain The Salty Donut will soon begin building up an Orlando location at 1585 Regency Village Dr. Orlando, FL 32821, according to recent contruction documents.
Construction notes reveal that the development will consist of “new interior tenant build-out of ‘the
salty donut cafe in an existing building, work includes: partial demolition, new non-load bearing partition walls, new accessible restrooms, new interior finishes throughout space, modifications to electrical service, devices & low voltage system, modifications to hvac system, modifications to existing plumbing.”
