A new hangout spot is in the works for Polk County. What Now on Thursday connected with owner Wandy Noel to get the details.
Expect to find the new concept at 906 Spring Lake Plaza. In the shopping center, Thee Spott will neighbor Carmen’s Ice Cream Parlor, CMX Grand 10 Cinemas and Chile Verde. Noel shared the concept is amidst construction as of now, and he anticipates opening in a couple of months.
Noel described the concept surrounding the new hangout: “It’s like an all-in-one spot when it comes down to having a good time.” And he means it. Expect to find a restaurant, hookah lounge, karaoke bar, gaming hangout all under one roof. While some may want to shoot pool and play darts, others can enjoy playing PS5 or xBox. Others can sit down and enjoy “sports bar types of food with extra flavor,” or dance to the DJ’s music.
The one-stop for having a good night out is Noel’s first foray into restaurant ownership. However, he’s stepping into the game after having years of experience managing other restaurants.
As of now, social media nor a website are active for the bar.
