Marc Brown, President of 23 Restaurant Services confirmed to What Now Orlando that plans are going forward for two new Tiki Docks locations in Florida.
While plans are still being finalized, the Madeira Beach location inside of the Cambria Hotel at 15015 Madeira Way is expected to open sometime during Quarter 1 of 2022, with a second location planned for the Hamlin area.
Florida-based Tiki Docks opened its first restaurant in Riverview in September 2020. An $8 million deal, the business includes 15,000 square feet of space and waterfront dining. There’s currently a second Tiki Docks location in St. Petersburg.
Serving seafood, salads, and sandwiches with a Polynesian flavor, Tiki Docks has a full service bar offering wells, house wines, draft beers and custom cocktails like Puka Punch and mai tais. Entertainment includes live music.
There are currently talks of additional locations, with Miami in the running for a possible future Tiki Docks. The brand is currently looking for at least 5,000 square feet of indoor dining space and 5,000-6,000 square feet of outdoor space for each of its locations.
23 Restaurant Services is also the parent company of Yeoman’s Cask & Lion and Ford’s Garage.
