According to documents from Unicorp National Developments, the company bringing O Town Center to Orlando, a Token Ramen will join the growing list of restaurants in the area.
Located at the intersection of Apopka Vineland Road & Daryl Carter Parkway, the 3,440 square foot business was slated to open Fall 2021, but may be delayed.
A noodle soup cooked in meat or fish-based broth, ramen dishes are the brand’s signature menu item. Offering chicken, pork, and shrimp options, ramen is often flavored with sauces and topped with sliced meat and spices.
The company was founded in 2019 by Randy Lau and also serves rice bowls, spring rolls, edamame and more. There are 10 other existing Token Ramen locations across Florida, including another in Orlando at 12098 Collegiate Way.
Token Ramen will join Gator’s Dockside and Gelaterie La Carraia in the area.
