What better to eat in Florida than what is described as “Florida fresh” cuisine? A new upscale restaurant called The Pinery will be coming to the Lake House Apartments in Ivanhoe Village this fall to serve exactly that.
The Lake House Apartments in Ivanhoe Village not only come with a state-of-the-art fitness center and outdoor lounge, but residents will now be able to be close to The Pinery to satisfy all their fine dining needs.
The restaurant gets its name from the thriving pineapple farm that used to occupy the space in the neighborhood. The 4,200 square feet restaurant plans to honor the history of the neighborhood not only by name.
No one from the restaurant was available for comment on when exactly the restaurant will be operational, but our real estate intel seems to point towards the Fall.
