Volcano Hot Pot, the growing Asian food chain, is soon expanding to downtown Orlando, according to owner Ricky Rick.
“Due to popularity and success of our Kissimmee location, we already expanded to multiple locations throughout Florida and even other states as well,” Ricky Ou tells What Now Orlando.
Volcano Hot Pot defines itself as having a menu “inspired by authentic special flavors and influences, created exclusively for you.”
“While the broth-based, cook-at-your-table dish has long been available in restaurants in the United States, a recent class of arrivals specializes solely in making hot pot and making it great.”
Regarding the location of the upcoming Volcano Hot Pot, Ricky Ou points to downtown.
“We are going to open another Volcano Hot Pot down by Downtown Orlando later down this year. We are currently under construction.”
While no opening date has been announced, Mr. Ou anticipates the restaurant will be up and running in late 2023 or early 2024.
